It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about the dogs and treats them like family. I highly recommend Cassio to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and reliable place to board their pet.
I just wanted to put in a positive review, simply because when we chose them several years ago, I was really hesitant due to some negative reviews. Honestly, they have always been extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with. We use them every time we go somewhere.
I truly have to say that as a pet parent with somewhat difficult dogs, this experience was fantastic. We take a family trip every year; and had a place that our animals loved going to for years. Unfortunately they has closed due to Covid and we were forced to take our dogs elsewhere. Last year we brought them to a different kennel- my animals were NOT the same when we got them back and I felt defeated, broken and sad that I had put my faith in them and they changed my dogs for the worst.
