Bill JR septic was excellent. Michael the pumper was great. He checked the system out, made sure it was hosed down and clean, and showed a true professional care in pumping the system. Will be referring them to friends and family.
No question about it: 5 stars.
My septic system started backing up occasionally over the last few months. When it did, a large amount of water overflowed the toilet in the lower level of the house, resulting in the flooding of 3 rooms. It happened whenever we ran large amounts of water into the system in a short period of time (a long shower for instance).
First I called a large septic company with affiliates all over the Northeast. They pumped the system, charged a bundle, and the system flooded again not long after.
Next we had a drain cleaning service clear the system with a large diameter snake from inside the house to the beginning of the septic...read full review
