There are a lot of things that you can't really know when you ask someone to install a pool - and so you need to trust the person you choose. With Devon Dobson and Litchfield County Pools, the team was at all times responsive and clear about costs, timing, design options we could consider, services we would need to maintain the pool, etc. There were absolutely no surprises. And the pool turned out in every way as beautiful and well designed as we hoped. You also at first don't know what to expect if you use a pool service to open and close the pool and to maintain it. We recently purchased a home with a pool and had very bad luck with the original pool service company. We were referred to Litchfield County Pools and I can’t say enough great things about them! Devon and his team were great at explaining (more than once I must admit haha) how all the equipment works, and Devon even sent an email with photos and labels to make it fool proof. The regular guys who come to maintain it each week are professional and polite, and do a fabulous job. They also always close my gate each time they go in and out to be sure my dog doesn’t get out. Great company!
Devon and his team at Litchfield County Pools are excellent! We had them build a pool for us this summer and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Devon is hands on and was involved in all aspects of the project, from design, engineering, permitting and construction. He was always available to discuss key decisions at the various steps along the way, and has a great network of contractors who can assist on related work like masonry or fencing.
I have also been pleased with their pool maintenance and cleaning service now that the pool is up and running.
