My apologies to Courtney. I was mistaken she did not use a razor on my hair. I found out it was my hairdryer that was over heating and I had it to close to my hair as not my “ blow” coming out of it but red hot. So please accept my apologies Courtney. It turned out to be a great cut after all. But you should have spoken up when I came into complain as it was the other hairdresser who confirmed my suspicions that it was not a razor that used but a dud hairdryer that I used. Thanks again for being so polite. I'm glad I was able to clear up the review and post you an honest one
I was visiting my son in New Milford I wanted to get a hair cut and decided to go to Great Clips Caitlyn was awesome I told her that I was diagnosed with Alopecia and wanted to let my grays grow she encouraged me to do so that it will look good I felt very comfortable with her to the point to let her cut my hair the way she thought it would be good for my Alopecia; definitely will return.
