Went to Columbia Dental in New Milford, everyone was wonderful, Dr Paul is Professional and caring, I felt understood and cared about. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

They create a comfortable atmosphere, greeting patients with a warm smile. The office has a policy of no pressure to make patients undergo unnecessary procedures. The dental work plan is made in collaboration with the patient. While the office does not provide distractions such as TV or magazines, patients appreciate the convenient scheduling and high level of professionalism. Overall, Columbia Dental is highly recommended by its patients for its excellent care and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

I have a very real dental phobia. I am genuinely terrified of going to the dentist. I didn't sleep last night, and woke up nauseous, thinking about canceling. I didn't. Why? Because of Dr Paul. While I'm terrified of the dentist, I went with my daughter to see him when she needed dental care. I saw how wonderful he was, the whole staff on Monday is fabulous. Naz, the hygienist, and Patty, the receptionist are all genuinely wonderful people who their best to make you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to do a lot of stuff, I was just given my options, and they were all explained throughly.Today was just a first step for me. This has probably been the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had. They are friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer a lot of questions.Dr. Paul was courteous, very professional, kind and knowledgeable, Pat the Manager and Nazz Bradham the Assistant They really took the time necessary to do everything right – they welcome you with a nice smile and as a new patient I couldn’t ask for more Friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
