I had such a wonderful experience at Chocolate Nails. The salon is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. My technician was incredibly detailed and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look natural, elegant, and beautiful, and they lasted for weeks. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I will definitely be coming back!
I give Jerry 4 stars but, the person that answers the phone should be more respectful. You offended me when you called me bougie jokingly. I am far from that. I’m sure you are way more bougie than I am. I’m thinking twice about returning there. Don’t call people names that you don’t know. It was rude of you!
To reply. Thank you however it was not a phone interaction. Joke was made while walking out of the door. I left on a good note but thinking about what was said to me later on did bother me. Especially the person knowing nothing about me to place that type of judgement jokingly or not.
