The team at Candlewood Animal Hospital are amazing! They truly listen and work with you. We have an elderly dog that is hard to transport. Kristen and Dr. Bakewell listened to our issue and worked with us to find a solution so our dog could get treated. They were very accommodating!
Although we were there for a terrible circumstance, we had a great experience with them, they were kind and calm and explained everything clearly, even though I was going crazy. Park lane animal was my original vet but after they told me I couldn’t come in after I called 3 times and said it was an emergency. I tried Candlewood and they let me come right down. May my baby boy kitty live on through all they eyes that graze this post. He was the best cat I ever had.
The staff was great. So thankful that they could squeeze in an out of town pup who had an unexpected injury! They were willing to double book an appointment on their surgery day and my furry child Gabby and I are so grateful! She is doing much better. THANK YOU!!
