Tom was awesome, and just overall a great guy. I needed a Kubota tractor (with bucket loader and backhoe), along with a Can Am Defender ATV towed on the same flat bed. I wanted to save a little money by getting them both transported together, and I did. I called it in the day before, and requested a 30 ft flat bed. Tom arrived 25 mins early the next morning, and completed the point A to B transport (50 min drive/36 miles) in less time then originally estimated. Nothing but good things to say. Wouldn't hesitate to call Brownie's again. Arrived early, secured both vehicles at or above my expectation, and it was about $50 cheaper than estimated. Can't ask for any better...read full review
As many can attest, this last snowstorm was extremely challenging for both small and large plowing companies. It was a tough one.
I called Brownie’s (Hilario's) on Monday evening when my husband got stuck in a difficult spot. They were inundated with calls at the time and asked me to reach back out on Tuesday. After we tried unsuccessfully to get out ourselves, I called again—and within less than an hour they were in Kent with a heavy-duty wrecker to help us.
The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. He even made sure we were fully able to get out of the driveway before he left.
