Customer service from the first phone call was informative and efficient. Day one Stephanie answered all my questions and made me feel so welcome! Dr. Mike and Bianca moved seamlessly like a well oiled machine to install my braces in record time, with no pain! I noticed how happy all the employees were. The patients ranged from all ages with one thing in common, a smile.

“Dr. Koz” and his team saved my smile, quite literally, after the inattention and carelessness of a general dentist adversely altered my gum line, and left my teeth severely offset, acutely loose, and barely hanging on to the jaw bone. Other orthodontists wouldn’t even work with me for fear that any further movement of my teeth might cause them to fall out.
