Was a really simple job for some quick money. Installing the cover on an ac line to the second floor. The part to attach the pieces was left over and seems like it's in fine shape so I'm not sure why they would just tape it together? Makes me wonder if they insulated the bare pipe underneath as agreed upon. If there was an issue I wish he would have just let me know. Communication also poor. Said he would be over/call a number of times before he actually came. Would not recommend.
I had a decent experience with this company but they left the job unfinished. Jim was timely and did almost everything he said he would. My new roof looks good and seems to be of good quality. I'd have given them a five star rating except Jim told me he'd replace my garage window and did not. Being that the roof was done so timely I took him for his word and paid him for the total job trusting that he'd get to the garage window as he promised. I tried to reach him several times but after he got paid he has been MIA. Lesson learned.Service: Roof installation
I have few hotels in Groton Area. Prices are very reasonable, quick estimate and work gets completed on time as promised without cutting corners on quality. I would recommend their services to my friend and my business colleagues.
