I went in today for the first time and had a 60 minute massage by Darren and it was so amazing. I have had so many massages throughout my life but I never left a massage feeling like my energy was rejuvenated and my body felt healed and almost new. I am freshly postpartum (8weeks) and the massage itself was gentle but firm enough to work through my postpartum needs which were neck pain and lower back/hip pain. I have chronic pain in my left foot and it flares up every time I exercise or walk a lot and I always thought it was from running but when receiving my massage he helped me realize it was pain in my upper leg and not actually my ankle.
