I recently completed physical therapy with Ashley and her team at Performance Optimal Health in New Canaan. Ashley and her team were a great help in treating my rotator cuff tear. I was very pleased with the result as well as the way they addressed my pain, assessed a personal treatment as well as a plan for home workout. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the clinic is clean and well equipped.
I highly recommend Performance Optimal Health to anyone seeking quality physical therapy.
Really great experience! I worked with Chris Donato post hip replacement surgery. He payed close attention to my specific issues and adjusted my program as required and got me up and going much quicker than I expected. I also found Performance Optimal's exercise app really helpful. I would highly recommend both Chris and Optimal.
I only have fantastic things to say about Performance Optimal Health. Their Physical Therapists are knowledgeable, their reception and support staff cooks not be more friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean, welcoming, and full of all the tools needed to aid in speedy recoveries. In my many visits through my recovery I saw clients from as young as 9 to 90.
