I've had a great experience with Morgenthal Frederics. Victoria was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as she steered me away from the look I'd always worn to into frames that look much better on my face. Then she and the optician staff did a great job troubleshooting an issue with my ophthalmologist's new prescription. Now I have great-looking, well-made glasses, and I can see out of them too! I will definitely return for my next pair.
Hello, I usually don't give reviews, but this is rightfully garnered. The staff, tina and victoria are simply wonderful. They were patient, spent time with me and were helpful in obtaining me the right frame that fit my face as well as my expectations which they had exceeded. I went in the other day for help with a pair of Chanel sunglasses that never seem to stay on my head quite right. A lady by the name of Victoria helped me out and was very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I will certainly be going back if needed and or to shop.
