They are SO rude to customers. They complained about the amount of tip I gave them. I have never had someone use that tone of voice as I'm giving them money. They also make you feel rushed and pretty much only paint your nails. They don't trim your hang nails, massage your hands, etc

Echo Nails does great work. Everyone of The nail technicians are professional, do great work. I have been going to Echo Nails for years. The owner is great and very accommodating. I recommend the nail salon to everyone. I have lived in New Canaan in my entire life and this is one of the greatest salons in town.

"Wham bam pay up ma'am". This is the worst nail salon. Did my pedicure in about 5 min, yelling at someone the whole time. Demanded a tip once she realized it was not forthcoming. STAY AWAY ‼
