Nerds on PCs

These guys didn't even give me any paperwork to sign, I was just wanting to get repair of joint on my Dell laptop as well as get the no networks showing up problem resolved in order to go online. It has been several weeks to a month. Nerds on PCs has not called with any quote for repairs or any kind of update. Concerned my laptop will never be returned. This was my best laptop. This guy Anthony he said his name is picked up my laptop that was in need of repairs. I got him on camera from my landlord. I just want my laptop back they didn't even ask for a ransom. I had made an appointment with them. And never showed up. Tried calling them, never answered. So I emailed them, never received anything back. Personally in my own opinion if I could rate a 0 star I would

Called yesterday and gentleman told me doing repairs by pick up only . He arranged to call me 5pm yesterday and would come pick up my laptop due to covid 19 . I sat home waited for his call never happend. Sent a text and voice mail no response . Called back today only got voice mail ? I’m supposed to let a guy take my laptop when he can’t be professional and keep communicating with customers? Move on . There are many more repair companies
