I went for the 1st time to get my feet done .. I was exhausted after work and really jyst wanted some” Me time” So got me feet done went home and realized She didn’t finish painting my toes on one foot !!! I was like what Went back by that time they were closed.. Went the Next day and she laughed like it was funny😂😂 .. I was like WOW no apology or discount She said I sorry ( but didnt mean it) with still a smile on her face…I definitely will not go back again !!!

horrible customer service. I made an appointment for 4:30. They started doing my toes on time but when the lady was doing my hands, she just left me there to take care of another customer...I was livid because I had my time already planned. That's the reason why I set up an appointment. I was about to leave and she wanted to charge me as she did my hands too. Which she didn't. I decided to wait for her to finish my manicure at this point. She finished. She charged me more than what she originally told me. ......the cherry on top was when my nail polish started peeling 2 days after. It's been a week and almost all of my neals are peeled. Btw. I only go for pedicure n eye brows I usually let the lady that use to work in Crystal nails do my eye brows but for the last 2 time I let the lady on the front (guess is Vicky or the owner) do then first time I had like chunk of my skin missing gave her another chance n I got a rash never happen
