Very friendly service. I have the unlimited plan and we'll worth the money. I usually get to the free vacuum and cleaning supplies pretty easy even when it's busy. There was only once when I went that there were no more cleaning supplies left or maybe not refilled but it was very busy that day. Overall I'm very satisfied.

I visited Russell’s car wash on Saturday 10/28/2023. I’ve had the membership for almost a year. For months I notice what I thought were scratches on the driver’s side doors. Everytime I went to the car wash I thought it was the machines. I pointed out the “scratches” to Jolai. She quickly made supervisor/manager Jeff aware. He reviewed the video footage to investigate and came to the conclusion that the damage did not occur at the car wash. He took a look at my vehicle and determined it was paint transfer from a shopping cart perhaps or something else. We usually go to the Milford location, but we recently moved to the area so we stopped by to add an additional vehicle on. They currently have a grand opening special and it’s only a PENNY for the FIRST month, which is really great for the options available. We honestly love Russell’s, and the associate today is a great example of why. His name was Justin, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even shook our hands.
