They are only worried about the next customer.... I got a $60 pedicure with a 15 minute foot massage and the lady getting her nails done in the chair before me and still there after me ??? How is that? .. they aren't friendly either

First and foremost, I truly have no idea why individuals gave mediocre reviews to this nail salon?( Karen vibes) I came here for the first time this morning! The place is aesthetically beautiful, clean, peaceful! I received the service I asked for...I wasn't pushed into something I didn't want! The young lady( Nelly) wasn't unnecessarily chatty.. she asked me how I liked my nails, which were done with care A++...rest assured I will be returning in two weeks!I'm glad I didn't go buy the ridiculousness of others:)

First time I went for a manicure took over an hr 1/2. Gave them another try since the woman was new. I had regular polish on my nails with gel I removed. The nail tech used the portable electric file/buffer and buffed two of my nails. I wasn't paying attention until I felt burning, she was literally buffing to my flesh!! I told her to stop and she still insisted on manual buffing, told her no again. Luckily polish went on ok but both were sore and very weak days after and split. I was also knicked with cuticle cutters after the buffing fiasco. I gave 2 stars because I got a massage after and the owner was nice.
