went into the store to have the back of my phone replaced, and got the front glass protector replaced with a film. Very efficient with the work that was done to my phone and knowledgeable. would highly recommend and would go back.
I was sent to the idoctor By Verizon to help me with my phone the gentleman who waited on me was so nice, polite, courteous, and explained everything to me gave me options and an end result fixed my phone. I can’t say enough about this gentleman. I am so happy obviously
My experience yesterday was very painless in obtaining a new battery for my older iPhone.
After the frustration of trying to deal with two stores that sell iPhones and waiting on hold for lengthy periods of time, not being able to speak to an actual person etc. it was an absolute pleasure to deal with iDoctor. Jonas had my battery installed and ready to go in less than two hours. Everything is running smoothly now and my phone is working perfectly!!
