She also gives it to you straight - if you don't need a more expensive service, she won't try to up-sell you. She has a great rapport with all her clients, and I always look forward to my hair appointments. That is very unlike me - I've always waited MONTHS between appointments, which leads to my hair (especially the ends) looking unhealthy - but now I look forward to seeing her every 8-10 weeks. They also offer waxing services, which, after a bad experience at a nail salon in the area, I will definitely be upgrading to JH Hair Design!
