Karen the owner welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. During my facial she explained what she was doing. She gave me a skin analysis where in the past most spas cared not to tell me what areas I had problems with my skin. They just forced products on me. Karen on the other informed me the proper way to clean and care for my skin type. I instantly saw results after my session. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend anyone going to her spa.
