I had a great experience working with Above Grade Home Inspection Services. From the very first call, Connie was wonderful to speak with - friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly, which I truly appreciated during a time-sensitive home purchase.

Jeremy conducted the inspection and was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and clear in explaining his findings both during the inspection and in the final report. I have not worked with them directly, but their costumer service is great. Emailed asking about an inspection that was out of their scope, and they added a helpful tip in their response to help me out.

His knowledge and attention to detail were immediately apparent, and he took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the inspection in a clear, thoughtful way. Jeremy was candid about what mattered, what didn’t, and where to focus attention without ever being alarmist.
