As a Realtor, always enjoy working with Tom Morgan of Sound Home Inspection. He spends time educating buyers on all aspects of their soon-to-be new home, is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented and always professional. Highly recommend and never afraid to send my clients his way!
I’ve had a lot of home inspections with a lot of different inspectors. Simply out, Tom is in a league all his own. When my wife and I decided to purchase an antique home, I knew I needed someone knowledgeable, thoughtful and with an excellent understanding of building and structure. I am so glad we found Tom because he is all of that and so much more. His inspection was so detailed, precise and thoughtful that my wife and I left it feeling informed and ready to take the next step. He carefully explained issues so we understood what he was saying and insured we knew what we needed to know not only to make the purchase but to maintain the home as well.

Sound Home Inspection is awesome!!!
Took me in and did my home inspection with super short lead time. Was very thorough and Tom gave me his insight on what he was seeing and showing me.
Nice, knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommended if you need an inspection of home, systems and property.
