Mystic Imaging is a clean and efficient facility known for its exceptional service. Patients often experience little to no wait time, even during walk-ins. The staff goes above and beyond to provide thorough and understandable explanations, making sure patients feel comfortable and cared for. One staff member in particular was praised for taking extra steps to answer complicated questions, even close to closing time, showing genuine concern for patients’ needs. The MRI experiences at Mystic Imaging are especially noted for their positive atmosphere, with staff such as Trista Maxson demonstrating kindness, clear communication, and a focus on patient welfare. Overall, Mystic Imaging offers a professional, caring environment where patients’ comfort and understanding are prioritized.
Got a CT Scan here and the team was amazing at every step. The people at the desk were friendly and informative when I went ahead of time to pick up the prep solution. When I went for the actual procedure, the efficiency was impressive - and that efficiency was accomplished while still making sure I felt comfortable and got all my questions answered before, during, and after the scan. I received an analysis of the results (clarifying which results were vs weren't concerning, and providing a recommendation of a next step to take) readable in the MyChart app within about 4 hours of having completed the scan.
I’ve used this facility often and everyone is always exceptional, it’s clean and there’s little to no wait even when I’m a walk in.Today was next level though, I had a complicated question and it was very close to closing time so I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having them search for an answer, I had my imaging and went to leave and the receptionist called me back in and took me to someone’s office so they could give me the answer, they explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand.
