I’ve used this facility often and everyone is always exceptional, it’s clean and there’s little to no wait even when I’m a walk in.Today was next level though, I had a complicated question and it was very close to closing time so I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having them search for an answer, I had my imaging and went to leave and the receptionist called me back in and took me to someone’s office so they could give me the answer, they explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand. October 5, 2022I went to Mystic Imaging today for an MRI - unlike previous MRI’s at other locations, this was truly a wonderful experience. The MRI specialistTrista Maxson, had the most wonderful personality and ultimate concern for my welfare and ability to deal with an MRI. As the MRI was being conducted, Trista kept me appraised of every second and the length of each scan. Her voice and positive attitude contributed to a positive MRI experience!!!Thank you Trista!
