The staff is always professional and friendly, and they really listen to what customers want. Walk-ins are always welcome, making it very convenient. Multiple stylists do an amazing job with haircuts, including men's barber cuts, and hair color. It is a highly recommended go-to place in town where everyone is great.

I had a wonderful experience at Phil's today! I saw Chelsea for the first time. She was so friendly and funny, I genuinely had a great time laughing with her while getting my hair done! She also did a beautiful job on my hair and I will definitely be going back to see her in the future! 10/10 recommend
Just had a haircut now, and i could say one of the best in town. Friendly staff and they really listen to what the customers want to do with their hair. Ms. Debbie is the Best! Definitely, there is no bad hairday here!!! I got a men's barber cut by the way and I'm happy with it. ?
