Multiple stylists do an amazing job with haircuts, including men's barber cuts, and hair color. It is a highly recommended go-to place in town where everyone is great.

I had a wonderful experience at Phil's today! I saw Chelsea for the first time. She was so friendly and funny, I genuinely had a great time laughing with her while getting my hair done! She also did a beautiful job on my hair and I will definitely be going back to see her in the future! 10/10 recommend
