Paul and his team are excellent. They've been very helpful in getting our old, neglected fireplaces cleaned, repaired, and safe to use. They are very knowledgeable and were thorough when explaining what needed to be done. I'd give this 100 stars if I could . The two guys who came out to clean my chimney and dryer vent were extremely knowledgeable. They didn't try and upsell me and took the time to explain the process. They left my living room cleaner than I had it .

Very professional, the two technicians were great. They installed a chimney screen and while they were up there they told me how bad the top was deteriorated. They sent me a picture of before and after the repair. Great job! I recently called Paul for a friend but he was out of his territory. He took the time to look up who is in my friends area and pointed out what to look for in hiring a chimney sweep. Very professional. I highly recommend Paul's.
