Don't understand why my past review isn't here. But I'll review again. We had been using John for a long time. Loved him. Depended on him. Unfortunately he walked off in the middle of a job after disconnecting my water and cooktop. He never came back to reconnect and refused to respond to calls and texts to let's us know why. He took two gutter pieces to get the same types so he can replace them. Never returned them. He has a temper we never came across before and we're stunned by his behavior.
