Dr. Basak-Smith and the entire team at Monroe Town & Country are incredible. We have been using Dr. Basak-Smith for 18 years and he has treated all of our animals - from cats and dogs and guinea pigs - with the same compassion and care he has for his own animals. My dog had extensive surgeries, including an ACL repair and a splenectomy. His approach is always honest and in the best interest of your fur baby. Our family cannot be more grateful and speak highly enough of the entire team.

The staff is extremely warm and the doctor is amazing. They did everything they could to save my dog, unfortunately he couldn't be. But the staff was extremely empathetic to my husband and I. S.I.P Bentley ?

Highly recommend!! My family has been bringing our dogs to Monroe T&C for many years. Dr. David and his team are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and compassionate. The entire team is highly attentive, takes the time to address all questions/concerns, and provides thorough education. Whether it’s been routine check-ups, our most recent sick puppy visits, or the very difficult end-of-life situation with our family’s sweet Benny…I’ve always left the office with peace of mind in knowing that our dogs were receiving top-notch care.
