For more than 10 (maybe 15!) years, we've always had problems with 2 of our heating zones. Multiple plumbers, thousands of dollars, various thermostat change outs etc....no one has been able to fix it. Joe came in to do a simple thermostat change, but found quickly it was a bigger problem than that. He took the time to test and research and try smaller (aka less expensive fixes) to resolve the issue. It only took him 2 attempts at solutions and we FINALLY woke up this morning to a warm kitchen and warm radiators. So thrilled to have found a true professional who is timely, efficient and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend him in the future!
