My hair literally came out exactly as the picture was! I had a full head of highlights and low lights with a gloss. She did a perfect job! In the past, my hair always came out with red highlights and I hated it! With Jen, NO RED ! She cut and blew my hair out. Unbelievable job! I am so excited to have found her!
