Jefferson, my tech, was the most thorough that I've had in my 6 years with Edgerton. He actually checked the temp of the airflow in multiple rooms. That is not something I've seen before. He was very professional and personable and left me, the client, feeling comfortable that he had done a thorough job. Please recognize his contribution within your organization.
