Excellent customer service, everyone is super friendly and efficient.we have been using their services for a very long time, when we call to order firewood or any other materials they are always great, we are Extremely Satisfy with their services.

Our heating oil tank sprang a leak while we were away. They pumped the oil out, replaced our tank and out our oil back in. The two men who came to our house worked extremely hard and got this done for us within two days of the leak!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. My boyfriend built me a garden box for our anniversary and we were calling around for soil options. We called D.R. Charles as our second call, and they picked up immediately. They gave us an amazing price for 3 yards of soil/compost mix, and asked if we would be around for a delivery the same day. We said yes, and 15 minutes later we got a call saying the driver was on their way with the soil. They showed up, dumped the soil right in the place we asked, thanked us and headed back out. Amazingly impressed by them!
