I have been using Argus for a few years now and plan to stick with them as they stand out from the rest — by a long shot. Art and Tom are thorough, detail oriented and truly care about the HVAC side of things instead of being salesmen in tech attire. Whether it’s for a routine maintenance or a service call — they are always respond and come out promptly. Maintenance wise, they are more thorough than most. We had a service call recently and they were able to come the very next day and repaired the issue within 15 mins. We had an another issue that Tom explained was not HVAC related but spent the time to determine the cause of the issue and remedy it. The silver lining... read full review

The technician was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me to understand my AC system better and made sure everything was in working order. He was on time for the appointment as well. Fantastic experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give Argus Air 5 stars for sure! Love the option for text messaging even after hours and the response time for the technician was awesome! Art was super nice, totally qualified and efficient! Our problem was resolved in under an hour and we are comfortably enjoying our air conditioner again. Will be signing up a service contract and can't thank you enough!?
