Amazing space, fantastic owner! I attended the Wim Hof training this past weekend and it was an incredible experience. This studio offers so many transformative programs, I highly recommend. You will be smiling from your first inhale of the freshly ionized water from the waterfall!

We moved from Connecticut to South Carolina and continue to attend Starr Mill yoga classes via Zoom or use the fantastic library where we have a great choice of classes and instructors. Very grateful to have this studio.

Starr Mill Yoga, Sybil and all the teachers have taught me to be a fine yogi. While visiting Kripalu this past weekend and being brave but nervous I do admit, I chose to participate in the most challenging classes. I can honestly say I held my own and felt confident I made the right decision after every one of them. All because of where I have practiced and been guided by some of the best teachers in CT for many years and I thank them all ?
