If you or your patients purchase medical equipment from this company be sure to make sure that it is new and not used equipment and do so before having a patient test the equipment. In particular it is extremely dangerous for a company like this to sell used respiratory equipment as new without even cleaning the equipment after the last patient(s) used it.

Their customer service sucks and they do not help you AT ALL!!!!! I work in CS and if I told my customers that I needed a picture of the item the ROTECH sent in error in order for me to return the item- which you would clearly see what it is when i returned it, I would be written up! They're are basically calling me a liar and now instead of wasting 20 mins of my time- I had to go to, take a picture and now try to get that picture to then just to get an RMA smh all I Fing needed was a heated tube- they sent me a bottom half ONLY to a chamber that doesn't even go to my machine- what a freaking mess & hassle and all I kept her from Lindsey was- this is my... read full review

Ever heard of a healthcare company that you cannot call and cannot email? Welcome to Rotech Rotten! After 45 minutes on hold, I couldn't even leave a message, just a callback number. Sometimes someone calls you back, sometimes not. So I missed the callback and spent another 47 minutes on hold, only to get a recording which told me that they were closed. I guess they just took off 15 minutes early, given their posted hours. I finally left a voicemail by using the medical professionals mailbox.
