The products are of excellent quality, and the lifetime warranties are great. 9 new windows in 2017 and a new front door 2023. The door is being replaced due to an issue at no cost to me.
I had my windows installed in 2017, and as with anything sometimes things go wrong. I called renewal by Anderson explained my situation and they sent this wonderful technician over named Chuck, nicest guy you ever want to meet in your life showed me how the windows work what to do what not to do, he was in and out …..very professional, great personality and sense of humor. I would highly recommend renewal by Anderson of Connecticut.
We recently had to purchase all new replacement windows and sliding door. We contracted with Renewal by Andersen and are VERY VERY impressed with the product. The free consultation with the sales rep Shawn, was easy to understand what takes place and VERY personable, felt as if we have known him for years. The installation contractors Sergei and Stan, from Southern New England Windows were VERY friendly, VERY easy to work with, and extremely professional.
