I can’t say enough positive things about Ray! He came same day in 20 degree temps when my boiler wasn’t working and my (soon to be FORMER) propane company wouldn’t come until the next week! Quick, knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. If I am ever in need of an HVAC expert again, I will definitely call Ray!

Highly recommend prime time. Ray was super informative on the phone and quick to respond under a no heat situation we woke up to today! Very thorough and went the extra mile checking over Our whole system! We will be booking system service from Now on with prime time heating LLC
