Very bad experience. Dealing with front desk is very stressful. They scheduled my kids appointments at 7:15 PM (that too not with our regular pediatrician) siting no available slots during the day and when we arrived came to know they changed the appointment time for one kid without communication and double book another kid’s appointment. How can they be so inconsiderate and that too on a school night. This is my last rodeo with them, exploring other options.

The doctors here are good but the receptionists are terrible. I tried for two weeks to get an appointment for a physical. I called every day but they hardly ever picked up the phone. I managed to get through only once and they told me they would call me back but never did. The other dozen times I called I would wait on the line sometimes for over an hour and never get through so I just gave up. What other industry can get away with treating customers like this? It is disgraceful.
