Working with Nick (Custom Hardwood Flooring Plus, LLC) has been a most pleasant experience based upon our experience together and especially when contrasted to other not so pleasant experiences with some of the most high end flooring suppliers and installers in the area. Nick was impressively attentive to every detail and interactive like no one in the construction industry. As an Architect, and current customer, we have seen it all. Nick and his guys struggled (challenging color) through a new floor Red Oak floor and two different kinds of antique floor restorations (19th Century Red Oak and Pine), both of which are now magazine worthy. What ever needed to be done, to get it right, was done without complaint. Very happy and plan to have Nick do some more antique floors for us.
