Last year I had a persistent lower back problem. Sarah was able to pin point the exact location to be massaged and also applied heat to relieve much of the pain. Wonderful experience. The facility is super clean and very friendly. Recommend for anyone that wants to treat themselves to stress and pain relief. It’s like a one hour mini-vacation.
