I’ve lived in Marlborough my whole life and Doug’s is where I’ve always gotten my haircuts.

I get a simple buzzcut so I don’t have a preference on who cuts my hair, but my dad always likes to see the same person — and either way we’re both always happy. They take appointments and walk-ins, and when I walk in I’m usually seen really fast.

Everyone who works there is experienced and friendly and the prices are good. I’m always satisfied walking out.

If you’re looking for a solid no-nonsense barbershop I’d highly recommend Doug’s.

I had an appointment with Missy yesterday. I have never had such a positive experience with a hairdresser before! Missy educated me on my hair type and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. With her recommendations on how to cut and style my hair, I am thrilled. I never thought I'd go to a barber shop as a woman but I'm pleased that I did. I will go back!

Was my first time since I'm new to the area, I called and was greeted by Heidi. I was there 15 minutes later and in the chair, she did a fabulous job and is very personable as well as professional. Thank you heidi!
