On Friday, I took my 12year old cat to EBAH. The staff were all very knowledgeable and personable. It was a yearly visit and all went very well. I have been going to EBAH for many years and I plan on continuing for many more. The doctor who saw Sammy today was very helpful and friendly. I plan on having my two tuxedo cats see her whenever possible.
Office staff are always welcoming and greet myself and my pets warmly. I feel that they truly care about my pets, they always offer a variety of options in terms of treatments and payment options. They are always easy to schedule, never to far booked out.
The cat’s sneezing had worsened. We were worried. They saw us that afternoon; laid out the options. Said nothing major was going on and we could use antibiotics immediately to determine if it was infection or see if it was viral by waiting two more days. Kindness is important and the care they displayed was exactly what we needed.
