Phil De Ricco, Licensed Massage Therapist

I have been going to see Phil for over a year for massage therapy. His space is calming, relaxing and he makes you feel comfortable as soon as you step through the door.
I broke my coccyx (tailbone) about 6 years ago, and from this I have nerve damage. Phil has helped me immensely with my muscle spasms, and loss of feeling in my hands and feet.
For the first 5 to 10 minutes of your appointment he sits down with you and asks you how do you feel or what kind of massage we need. There are times where I've just needed a relaxation massage then there's my massage therapy. Phil is very considerate of your body and always asks permission to make sure you feel comfortable with him massaging you and with the pressure that he's using. Phil is constantly going to different classes and workshops expanding his techniques of massage.

I had an excellent experience with Phil. His space was incredibly clean and spacious. He was the first massage therapist I've worked with who took 5 or 10 minutes to sit down with me before and after the massage to discuss the issues I was having. I felt that the massage I received was uniquely suited to address my needs and body. It was not a generic, one size fits all massage. He utilized towels, heating packs and weights all to help release what has become chronic upper back tension. I definitely recommend Phil's attentive and informed service.

Had a great experience with Phil. He fit me into his schedule on short notice during my time of need. He listened to my concerns and was communicative with his plan of action. He made sure I was comfortable when trying different therapies. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
