Enthusiastically recommend this for anyone who needs to unplug and invest in self-care for an hour or two. Liza was professional yet down to earth. From beginning to end, I knew I was in good hands (pun intended).

So grateful to have this resource in town, and glad my wife insisted on getting me the hot stone massage for Father’s Day!

Debra is an amazing massage therapist who goes out of her way to provide the most relaxing and rewarding experience for everyone. My wife and I recently had a couples massage at Sound Body and we both were stunned by how good it was. We left relaxed and rejuvenated and we will absolutely be back.
