This place is such a gem! Lori is a knowledgeable, attentive trainer, she makes sure you perform everything correctly for maximum benefit for the body. You won’t be able to just slack through the session. Highly recommended!
This is a small, but excellent facility. It's fully equipped with Gratz pilates machines and the instructors are highly trained. This is not a franchise operation, but rather a studio initiated and run by a woman who clearly believes in the Pilates lifestyle. The focus of this studio is on the private/ semi-private experience as details of alignment are adjusted EVERY step of the way. It is not the place to go for group mat pilates. As time and space (and money) are limited, clientele tends to be dedicated men and women of all shape, sizes, ages and states of physical ability.
