Dr Hall and the techs are so sweet to my dog where he is no longer scared of the vet! He's actually happy to be there which I have never seen before. An old vet I had would threaten to charge a cancellation fee and cancel on you if you were more than 10 minutes late, I called Madison Vet running behind they were so understanding, no fees held over my head! They understand you can love your pet and be on a budget and will explain any costs to you, which are lower than what I have been quoted at other places. Dr.Hall & the entire staff are absolutely amazing. First time there today because our regular vet in Higganum had no openings & they referred us here. My cat, Grayson, (BabyBear) had to have emergency surgery. The staff was so kind, empathetic, comforting & professional. They explained every detail to me. They were so sweet with Grayson.
Picked him up early evening & he is doing amazing. They are now our vet even though it's a bit of a drive....well worth it! Thank you is not adequate.

Very engaging throughout the entire process. We normally would have gone to their sister location in Higganum, but Frankie’s regular doctor moved on to other things. We needed immediate assistance and we called Higganum and they had no openings, so we ended up in Madison and the experience could not have been better. Dr Hall is now his regular Dr- thank you!!
