Olando saved my day this past Saturday! I unexpectedly got locked out of my house and called all over the place looking for someone to help to no avail...until I reached Olando!!! Olando was so kind and friendly on the phone. He was driving in the opposite direction but turned around and showed up in my driveway within 15 minutes. I was blown away by his professionalism and friendliness while making me feel safe at the same time. If you find yourself in a similar position or need a locksmith, this is your guy!!! For the first time since I was a teenager, I locked myself out of my house while taking a walk after work. I called Kernel locksmith and, despite being in the middle of dinner, Orlando came out right away and quickly helped me get back into my house. Orlando was efficient and kind and I was lucky he answered my call. He really knows his locks. Now that I know he is also a painter an handyman, I will certainly call on him again.
