I was referred to Dr Shih from a close friend and family member. Dr Shih was very kind and understanding and thorough to go through what my concerns were and why I was changing practices. I felt very comfortable and welcomed to the practice by the entire staff, I have no doubt that this practice will be a good fit for me.

Everything about my experience was professional, respectful and personal - from my initial inquiry as a new patient to new patient paperwork to sign-out. After one visit, I highly recommend Dr. Shih and the entire staff.

A truly wonderful group. I used greater New Haven for pregnancy, labor/delivery, postpartum and gynecology. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are always responsive in a timely manner. All the providers are knowledgeable and take the time to listen and problem solve. I would highly recommend.
